Hundreds of vehicles and the Volkswagen Golf GTI manages to stand out yet again. Wards Auto’s annual 10 Best Interiors & UX competition recently revealed that the 2022 Volkswagen Golf GTI made the top 10 list. Ward’s 10 Best Interiors list examines new and refined vehicle interiors plus user-experience technology. Once Wards selects the vehicles, scoring is broken down by various benchmarks such as design and materials, aesthetics, display and controls, comfort, connectivity and infotainment, and advanced driver systems and values. 

For 2022, Ward assessed ten vehicles, and nine others came close to the VW Golf GTI’s appeal. Those other nine cars that comprise Ward’s 10 Best Interiors list include the BMW iX, Ford Maverick, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, Genesis G70, Kia EV6, Lucid Air, Rivian R1T, Mercedes-Benz EQS, and the Toyota Tundra. The Wards Auto ceremony will occur in Novi, Michigan, at the Suburban Collection Showplace. Moreover, the Wards Auto Interiors & UX Conference will commence from June 8-9, 2022.
