I gave your dealership a poor rating because I don't appreciate paying $7.99 in shop supplies after paying almost $3,000 in services. I will avoid using your dealership because of this. I see totally pleasant and accommodating personnel. But they could not fix my air conditioner. For $3000 I got new parts and periodic cool air. But not air conditioning. The truth as I see it is your mechanics are overbooked. They can't finish a task before they have to start the next vehicle. The mechanics installed all the needed parts but the compressor needed to be tweaked make the compressor run correctly and smoothly. Your staff is terrific. It's your policies of overbooking that's the problem. I've bought 3 Subarus from your company. They are the best vehicles

I brought my vehicle in for a recall, oil change, and state inspection. The technician broke the oil pan when removing the nut and bolt. I was told that the vehicle wasn't drivable and in order to leave the lot I needed to pay for a new oil pan ($500). It is frustrating that I brought the vehicle to the dealership and have something be broken during routine maintenance.

My appointment was scheduled at 8am. I was surprised when I arrived more than 30 minutes earlier that Megan and the team were in there positions welcoming and ready to work on my car. The onboarding process was quick and I stayed in the customer lounge until the car was ready. I got a professional debriefing from Megan on the service points. I was happy that my car was washed and clean. It was a very positive experience. Megan did an excellent job and is highly commended for that.

For the most part we had a No pressure buying experience I think some of the add ons are excessive and expensive. And really didn't understand why I needed additional coverage outside of factory warranties on a new car . That felt pressured.
Service department wasn't honest. Said my oil was empty and that is what caused the check engine light to come on. No reason given for why the oil light wasn't on. Just kept telling me stuff that made no sense. I'm not a mechanic but I do have a brain and know when what I'm being told is just nonsense!

Jim Wise took the time to listen to my concerns and personally worked to resolve issues with my Rogue that several other Nissan dealerships had dismissed over the years. Southern Team Nissan updated my infotainment software, addressed a long standing dashboard rattle, and did not charge me diagnostic or repair fees. While the original experience had its frustrations, Jim and his team made a genuine effort to make things right and I appreciate that.

Sam was VERY helpful. The dealership this time with repairs and inspection went well. Everything was done within the time they said it would be. Things were different when we tried to purchase the car there and had to go to a different location. Also this is only a side note, your commercial I noticed mentions something about refreshments and snacks available. There are no snacks as there use to be. As I said this only a side note.
No problems with scheduling an appointment for inspection. Service as usual, car was ready by the end of the day.
I don't understand why all the fuss and questions. The point is I went in for service, oil chance , rotate tires and fix a leak in one tire. All was taken care of and didn't take too long.
