There isn't a Nissan dealership near me, so I had to choose a location. I went in and spoke with a gentleman who explained the recalls outstanding and how long they would need to have the vehicle. He gave me his business card to call and schedule if I decided to have the recalls fixed there in Roanoke. Because he was so nice, I didn't call him to schedule the repairs. He got me in with short notice and was very accommodating. When I arrived, Megan got me checked in. She also was very nice and told me exactly what the day would entail. As it turned out, the car was ready earlier than expected and it worked out perfectly. It was definitely a better experience than I anticipated. I wish I had the young man's card to give his name because he was the reason I came to that Nissan location. He was so nice.

Justin searched the front of the car for an item and did not find the item, but he found a couple of other items in the storage area. Tires rotated and washed and other items reviewed.
