It was a fair price as I know they are in business to make money, so my expectations were realistic and I felt it was a good trade price. Nissan had some good incentives I was able to take advantage of. This is the 6th vehicle we have bought from Southern Team. I recommended my uncle due to the incentives, and he also purchased a new vehicle a week later. I would say if you came into the dealership with a realistic expectation, you will leave satisfied. Remember when they discount the car you're looking at, the trade price will always be a little lower than when a dealership is selling you a car at full msrp. Focus on the bottom line.

Jim Wise took the time to listen to my concerns and personally worked to resolve issues with my Rogue that several other Nissan dealerships had dismissed over the years. Southern Team Nissan updated my infotainment software, addressed a long standing dashboard rattle, and did not charge me diagnostic or repair fees. While the original experience had its frustrations, Jim and his team made a genuine effort to make things right and I appreciate that.
