There after purchase service is excellent. However the last two times I came I was a little disappointed. I had the car in on August 17th for the 40,000 mile maintenance. And I was told all was well except my state inspection was expired & there were few things I had to take care of. So I brought it back on 8/27 for the state inspection and then they told me the car passed inspection fine however it needs a fuel injector cleaning procedure and another maintenance procedure totaling around $500. I feel that's what they should have told me when I was there on the 17th because I'm sure nothing changed in one week. When you come in for Hyundai scheduled 40,000 mi maintenance checkup they should be letting you know what needs to be done for maintenance more than what's needed for state inspection. Other than that I was very pleased with their service on my other two cars that I've had for over 10 years. The service person I raided in this survey was not the one that took care of me on the 17th or 27th. I don't remember their name. However the person I rated has always been top notch.

Had a good overall experience. Everyone was courteous and professional. Only reason I didn't rate them a 5 was because of some computer problems that kept us there a long time

Great. I would let you know if it wasn't. I would suggest that you build your pricing so you are not charging for use of credit cards. That is the only complaints I have heard about your service. Customers would rather receive a 3 percent credit than pay extra. The net results are the same for your business. People don't use cash for coffee at Starbucks, let alone large expenditures at dealerships.
