Making the appointment was not a pleasant experience. I had to repeat myself often since I was interacting with some sort of computer interface and not a real person. I had to schedule about three weeks out. That seemed a long time to wait. BUT when I arrived for my appointment I really liked the person who checked me in, the communication with the mechanic, and the waiting area. The wait time was reasonable for what I had done.

After eight years, the choice to buy from and get our curse service by southern team still is one of the best ones we've ever made. The service team is professional and polite. I enjoy working with each of them and appreciate how they communicate and their attention to detail.

Comfortable waiting area. Pleasant experience overall. My wife and I were treated courteously and efficiently and enjoyed the lounge during our wait - about an hour. Very pleased with the service.

They were fantastic. Took great care of me and my car. Let me stay safe while a terrible storm came through as I was about to leave. Even brought my car into the bay. Great people!!!

I took my car in for a trim repair. They did a great job and got me out in about an hour. If you have to wait for service, its a nice place to relax and wait. Coke Freestyle machine and nice coffee machine. Clean bathrooms. I also like the glass wall so you can see the cars being worked on. Very nice facility and people!

Morris and Wayne made the process of buying a car super simple and easy to understand. they answered every question i had and made sure i understood everything before leaving the dealership. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Good. Except when I asked them to show me the sound deadening package I don't think anyone had any idea what it was. Took half a dozen people to find it and what they pointed out was quite disappointing.

They listened patiently and worked diligently to resolve my concerns. I always trust this service team.

I have a Subaru Forester and a Subaru Outback. I'm a solid Subaru customer. Great dealings with this dealership. I especially appreciate Mike Kazee's help. The Forester was our first "new" car in many years.
