I dropped off the vehicle overnight with a message that I needed the software updated. I was recommended to flush the fuel system also, which I declined, as the car is running fine and I didn't think it was necessary. The electronics have been working fine since the appointment.

The dealership is very professional and treatment of customers respectful. Accommodations were very sanitary with pleasant atmosphere and delicious coffee bar.

I was in a very tough situation where my transmission blew out on a military road trip from Boston, Ma to San Francisco, CA. The team let me walk in and took a look at my transmission. After diagnosing a full transmission replacement, the team was able to expedite the repair and get me on my way and able to report to my next assignment on time! The team was amazing!
